Watch A Day To Remember strip back their 2019 single Degenerates for a lovely acoustic live performance.
Ocala pop-punk/metalcore gang A Day To Remember have just unveiled an acoustic live performance of Degenerates.
Jeremy McKinnon and co. stripped back the single in the autumn of 2019 for this particular video, with the frontman posting the previously unseen performance alongside the question, "Should we do more of this?"
Well, if future videos are as awesome as this reworking, then our answer is a resounding, "Yes." (Extra bonus points here for the CO2 cannons going off when the breakdown would normally be – more of that, please.)

Degenerates is taken from A Day To Remember's upcoming album You're Welcome, which is due out on March 5 via Fueled By Ramen.
Speaking to Kerrang! about his headspace going into the record, Jeremy said, “It was just, ‘Let’s just write good songs.’ That was it. Making sure that we wrote the best songs that we could was all I cared about. After the fact, it was like, ‘How do we make them fit within the formula that people expect and want from us?’ Of course we’re going to have those songs where it feels like it’s just a rock song, and then we’re going to have the songs that have punk and a little bit of heaviness – like Degenerates – and then we’re going to have the songs that go full-tilt heavy. It’s going to have a mix of everything.”
