Slam Dunk Festival announces new 2025 European events
As well as next May’s usual Leeds and Hatfield festivals, Slam Dunk will be expanding throughout Europe!
"We hate it had to come to this…" say A Day To Remember in a statement announcing their tour postponement.
Yet another tour has been postponed due to the current coronavirus pandemic: A Day To Remember's upcoming headline run with grandson in the UK and Europe.
"We've made the difficult decision to postpone our upcoming UK and Europe tour," the Ocala titans say in a statement. "We hate it had to come to this, but for the safety of everyone involved we feel it's the right move.
"We take the safety of our fans very seriously, and with current recommendations to avoid large groups and the uncertainty of how long these circumstances will last, we thought it was best to postpone the tour.
"We are still working on solidifying the rescheduled dates and will share them as soon as possible. All tickets purchased will be honored for the new dates. For ticket related questions please reach out to your point of purchase. Meanwhile, stay safe."

We await more info not only on the rescheduled dates, but A Day To Remember's upcoming album, You're Welcome.
Chatting to Kerrang! last year about the sound of the band’s new effort, and the balance of sticking with their ‘classic’ style to expanding with more electronic influences, frontman Jeremy McKinnon explained: “The whole point of this, for me, was like, ‘Let’s use the A Day To Remember formula – the same thing that everyone has always known and loved about us – but let’s take on modern influences.’
“Let’s take on modern structure with the small chorus into the big drop part, and let’s do that as a band, instead of electronic stuff. Let’s use some of those elements to make cool sounding stuff as we go, but keep it that A Day To Remember sound here, and let’s mess around with new song structure, and a modern production take, but keep that heaviness that is us. It’s just crazy.”
