While not everyone in our Facebook comments enjoyed last week's (frankly brilliant) mash-up of Avril Lavigne and Korn, now YouTube wizard William Maranci has created an absolutely undeniable banger: Mastodon's Curl Of The Burl combined with Justin Timberlake's Sexyback.
Backed by those The Hunter-era riffs, popstar Justin's signature vocal style surprisingly fits perfectly within the Mastodon sound, with William even noting: "These songs were made for each other holy crap."

And viewers of the video are pretty much in total agreement, too, with one comment joking, "I don't even want to listen to regular music anymore," and another writing, "I can totally see the dudes from Mastodon dancing to this haha, especially Brent." Now that is something we'd like to see.
Interestingly, this isn't William's first attempt at fusing Justin Timberlake's voice with a heavier song: he's also mashed Sexyback up with Slipknot's Psychosocial, and Rock Your Body with Papa Roach's Last Resort. Long may this ridiculousness continue…
