It's safe to say that coronavirus has had a devastating impact on the live music industry. Hundreds of shows around the world have been postponed, from Lamb Of God to My Chemical Romance to Evanescence. Festivals too have taken a hit, with SXSW being cancelled along with Knotfest Japan and Download Australia. Coachella has also been forced to postpone until October.

This leaves us in a bit of a sticky situation. How do we, as music fans, get our fix of live music? That visceral, primal connection to the music with love, away from the humdrum 9-5 and shit that life throws at us? Well, thankfully this is 2020, and technology is coming to the rescue.

Sure, mass gatherings are banned, but not in the digital world. You can join an infinite number of music fans around the world to watch your favourite band blast out a live set all from the comfort of your self-isolation pod.
