It feels like Guns N’ Roses have release more music than they actually have – over 35 years, there have only been six albums, and one of those barely counts (G N' R Lies is an EP really) while another is all covers. How, then, does it feel like they’ve put out shitloads?

It’s because about half of their songs are planet-alteringly massive bangers. Like, imagine Appetite For Destruction didn’t exist, and every track from it was given to a different excellent, internationally beloved, enormously successful band. With all of them, you’d be like, 'Oh shit, this is the best song this really terrific band have ever done.' There’s no way to ever prove it, but look inside yourself – you know it’s true.
